Professional Facilitator Training

Training Information and Application

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in applying for the Gender Equity and Reconciliation International (GRI) Training.

The GRI trainings for 2016-2017 are being offered in the USA, South Africa, and India. Please contact us if you are interested in hosting and organizing a training in your country.

This training is for therapists, health care professionals, spiritual and religious leaders and seekers, activists, community leaders, and students, as well as facilitators and trainers involved in peacebuilding, reconciliation, conflict resolution, and gender justice. Adults of all faiths, sexual orientations, race, national and ethnic origin, and cultural backgrounds are welcome and encouraged to apply.

This Training offers three (3) different Tracks. On the application form you will be asked to choose the track you are interested in pursuing.

Track I is the foundational training program in Gender Reconciliation. This Track is a deep immersion into gender and is a requirement that all trainees must fulfill. It may be taken on its own without pursuing any further tracks. Track I does not certify you as a Gender Reconciliation Facilitator. You must apply at the end of Track I and be accepted into Track II and subsequently into Track III to become a candidate for certification as a Gender Reconciliation Facilitator.
Track II, Internship Program, is for those who have successfully completed Track I and wish to deepen their learning, or work toward becoming facilitators of Gender Reconciliation. (Additional application process required)
Track III, Facilitation Certification. After successful completion of Tracks I and II, a trainee may apply to become a certified Facilitator of Gender Reconciliation and Get Real! workshops. Conferred upon those who fulfill all requirements and review process with GRI training team.
