SUMMARY:Co-Creating Gender Balance in the Workplace – Not Just Another Diversity Training – Practical Experiential Workshop
DESCRIPTION:In collaboration with SheTek \n\n\n\nLive sessions are held weekly on March 3\, 10\, 17\, and 24\, 2022 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM EST. (Level 1) \n\n\n\nPlease join us for this online course\, designed to open new \n\n\n\nA two-level training to enhance understanding and collaboration and to build a healthy culture of gender relations in the workplace.  \n\n\n\nSimilar to other SheTek Training Bootcamps\, “Level 1 – Foundations of Gender Balance and Collaboration” is 4 weeks of experiential learning\, frameworks for understanding\, and engaged conversation. \n\n\n\nAll are welcome.  Men are warmly encouraged to attend! \n\n\n\nKey Takeaways will Include: \n\n\n\nPractical tools for addressing gender challenges in the workplaceNew frameworks for deeper understanding of gender diversity\, intersectionality\, and inclusionInnovative insights and practices for creating gender harmony in the workplaceKey insights and awareness into yourself and the experience of othersNew levels of mutual awareness and sensitivity cultivated across the gendersPractice and experience with skills for respectful and authentic dialogue between the genders\n\n\n\nLarger groups create more gender understanding and save on registration!
