DESCRIPTION:Four-day\, in-person workshop June 5 – 10\, 2026 Near Tavira\, Portugal \n\n\n\n“If enlightenment does not take place in the body\, it does not take place at all.” \n\n\n\n— Yeshe Tsogyal\, 8th-century Tibetan Buddhist master\, consort of Padmasambhava\, and one of the most venerated figures in Vajrayana Buddhism. \n\n\n\nMuch of spirituality—East and West—rightly focuses on “up and out” practices\, awakening the higher chakras to deepen compassion\, spiritual insight\, and wisdom. These are called “generation stage” practices in Tibetan Buddhism.
