“Spirituality and Sexuality” – that was the theme of the second Gender Reconciliation workshop held recently in Bloemfontein, South Africa, as part of the ongoing research project initiated by Samantha van Schalkwyk, with Trauma Reconciliation Studies at University of the Free State. Together, a dynamic group of 17 women and men explored the intricacies, joys, and complexities of being human; in the ways we express our faith and spirituality, and navigate the often charged and taboo area of sexuality, from the sacred to the profane. We are inspired by your courage, the depth of your sharing, and your compassionate presence.
