Corporate Training
Over the last three decades, Gender Equity and Reconciliation International (GERI) has offered programs in collaboration with schools, universities, prisons, religious institutions, for members of parliament, corporations, foundations, and NGOs.
GERI provides an experiential learning methodology combined with skillful facilitation in a group setting. Founded on principles of truth and reconciliation, the GERI methodology was explicitly endorsed by Archbishop Desmond Tutu in 2013.
Through the GERI process, participants:
- Deepen mutual awareness and empathy between the genders
- Cultivate respectful dialogue and authentic sharing on sensitive gender issues
- Build collaborative partnerships and communities of practice, committed to transforming gender relations
- Learn practical tools and frameworks for reconciliation, including communication skills for addressing conflicts.
