Storytelling for Transforming Patriarchy and Achieving Gender Equality

Genderworks will provide a brief online experiential immersion into the Gender Equity and Reconciliation (GER) process. GER is a powerful, story-based methodology for transforming patriarchy and stopping violence. The process brings all genders together to explore their gender conditioning and share their challenging gender-related stories and experiences, and to witness one another with compassion. It builds trust and compassionate communication through interactive activities and group process, in a safe context with skilful facilitators.
