In anticipation of the World Women Summit 2026, this three-day masterclass with Will Keepin, Ph.D. and Cynthia Brix explores the “fractal nature of peace.” Grounded in the principle of “as above, so below,” we examine how the macro-dynamics of global conflict are mirrored in the micro-dynamics of our bodies and relationships. By bridging quantum physics with trauma-informed reconciliation, we move beyond binary thinking to heal the ancient wound between the masculine and feminine.

Healing the Divide: Transformative Community Approaches to Gender Equity

This event offers a practical experience of Gender Equity and Reconciliation International’s (GERI) methodology, which applies truth and reconciliation principles to gender and sexual injustice. Developed over 33 years and endorsed by Archbishop Desmond Tutu in 2013, GERI is a powerful methodology for achieving gender equality and eliminating violence. GERI collaborates with partner organizations including Loretto at the UN in New York, and the US Bahai Community to embrace a broad range of social, political, and cultural contexts. This has produced fresh hope and inspiration for authentic gender reconciliation among thousands of participants across all genders and diverse cultures.

The Alchemy of Reconciliation: Awakening to the Mystery of Love between Masculine and Feminine

How can we begin to remember the real secrets of love between feminine and masculine, in a world so lost in the story of discord and division?
We start by making a place for the truth. Not the false light of our collective ideologies, but the real, more personal, intimate truth, of our own heartbreak. Women and men of all sexual orientations, coming together in the pursuit of truth and reconciliation, making a sacred space for one another, to lay down the burden of their sorrows, and walk—together—in a new way, rooted in dignity, reverence, and wonder.
Join us, April 9 – 12 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, for a 4-day immersion into this experience we call Gender Equity and Reconciliation International (GERI). Our facilitation team will guide you through an interactive and highly experiential process that includes personal reflection, small group interaction, silent meditation, yoga, breathwork, experiential honoring, and council process to explore and transform sensitive issues relating to gender and sexuality.
